Frequently asked questions
What do you need on site?
One 230 V socket (16 A) per machine and about 2 × 1 m of space. We bring water tanks, so no water connection is needed. On trade fair stands we coordinate power with the stand builder.
Do you serve trade fairs outside Munich?
Yes, we travel to fairs across Germany and Europe. For multi-day fairs we can set up the day before. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately.
How fast are personalized cups ready?
Printed cups take about 10 working days from artwork approval. For short-notice events we use sleeves or stickers, ready in 3 to 5 days.
Which business lunch menu lines do you offer?
Classic (filled bagels, wraps, quiche, dessert), Vegan/Vital (bowls, veggie wraps, fruit) and Premium (canapés, antipasti, warm mini dishes). Allergens labelled on request.
How many drinks per guest should we plan for?
Around 1.2 drinks per guest for the first hour, plus 0.25 per additional hour. The price calculator uses this rule.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Companies receive an invoice with 19% German VAT. For trade fair dates we ask for a 20% deposit to reserve.
